Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be within the last 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unprocessed orders will be refunded completely. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you decided you’d prefer a different product of equal or lesser value, please state that in your email. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping for the item you are exchanging. Items are to be received before issuing the refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact me within a week (7 days) of item delivery stating the defect on your item and providing pictures of the defect. After a week, I will not accept a return due to defects/damages. I am not responsible for any damage that happens to products in the duration of the shipment, but I will try my best to ensure products are safely packaged.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. This process may take a few days depending on your bank service or card provider.
